Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative
programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, daily living skills, and general
independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care in partnership with the client,
representative, caregiver(s) and physician(s)
established by the physician
rehabilitation care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety and
independent living
care management and services provided
the limits of their mental or physical capabilities
and capabilities
to therapy
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
in-servicing, and documentation

vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to
