Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Therapist (SLT) to join our team. The SLT will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. This role involves working with patients of all ages to improve their communication skills and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy for speech, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.
Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and document progress.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in speech therapy.
Participate in team meetings and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
State licensure or certification as required.
ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is a plus.
Experience working with children and adults preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
