As a Social Media Associate at Fingerpaint, you will be part of the ever-evolving media strategy team, supporting both paid and organic social media efforts. Your responsibilities include set-up and management of paid campaigns, assisting in data reporting, and participating in community management for a range of clients in the pharmaceutical and health and wellness sectors. You will collaborate with media strategists to help craft social strategies that effectively engage patient, caregiver, and HCP (healthcare professional) communities. This role involves working with creative, brand, analytics, and digital strategy teams to integrate social media efforts into broader digital campaigns. You will develop skills in managing campaign data, learning best practices for social content and copy, and understanding how to execute cohesive social media strategies.
This role is primarily remote, but will require travel to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office a few times per month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing both paid and organic social media campaigns across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Pinterest.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of paid social media campaigns including setup, deployment, pacing, and vendor communications.
- Support in defining social campaign objectives, brainstorming strategies, and implementing plans that align with these goals.
- Participate in social listening and audience research to gain insights into patient, caregiver, and HCP behaviors on social media platforms and preferences.
- Help manage tasks assigned to social media teams, such as social media specific POVs and ad hoc creative analyses, ensuring timely completion in response to both internal and client demands.
- Assist in preparing and delivering client reports, analyzing campaign performance against goals and KPIs, and making optimization recommendations.
- Contribute to various social media tasks as needed, such as competitor audits and the creation of best practice guides.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with and certifications for Meta Ads Manager is beneficial; knowledge of other social ad platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Some experience or exposure to managing social media campaigns and best practices for creative content is preferred.
- Ability to understand and interpret performance data to support insights and optimization strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to effectively review campaign and budget documents.
