What You'll Do
Be the First Point of Contact: Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through fingerprinting, notarization, and compliance-based services.
Reception & Administration for HireHealth: Support HireHealth in administrative healthcare tasks, ensuring seamless patient flow for physicals, blood work, and drug testing.
Fingerprinting & Compliance Services: Accurately process fingerprinting while maintaining strict security and confidentiality protocols.
Cash Handling & Transactions: Accurately process payments and handle transactions using our POS system.
Healthcare Administration Exposure: Gain valuable experience in a dual-capacity role—business operations and healthcare administration.
Data Management & Accuracy: Maintain organized records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
De-escalation & Conflict Resolution: Handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving expertise.
Service Awareness & Upselling: Inform customers about additional services that could benefit them.
What It Takes to Succeed
This role requires a combination of customer service excellence, attention to detail, and physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Attention to Detail: Precision is key when handling fingerprinting, compliance records, and healthcare-related administrative work.
Professionalism & Integrity: Adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality, dress code, and operational procedures.
Physical Stamina & Dexterity:
Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 8-9 hours per shift without discomfort.
Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements when fingerprinting customers or handling paperwork.
Ability to lift, carry, and transport items weighing at least 30 lbs as needed.
Capable of bending, reaching, twisting, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
Able to react quickly to sudden bursts of movement during busy shifts.
Weather & Transportation Readiness: Employees must have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality, even during snowy or inclement weather conditions.
Ability to Handle Stress & Multi-Tasking: This is a high-volume role requiring efficiency, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Confidentiality & Compliance: As we handle sensitive personal data, maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to security protocols is essential.
Written & Verbal Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary for customer interactions, reporting, and email correspondence.
Team-Oriented & Positive Attitude: We expect a high level of professionalism with a positive, team-focused mindset, respecting customers, colleagues, and management at all times.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or office administration.
Minimum of 2 years of cashier experience.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Clean Background: Candidates must pass a thorough background check to comply with industry security requirements. Must pass Drug Test.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, email) and basic internet applications.
Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently and as part of a team.

Pay is hourly plus tips
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $19.00 - $24.00/hour.
