Peak Pet Urgent Care is seeking an experienced full time veterinary receptionist / veterinary customer service representative to join our team.
Peak Pet Urgent Care is dedicated to providing quality compassionate care and top notch customer service.
Our fun-loving and caring staff work together to make the lives of pets comfortable and healthy with an emphasis on client education. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) / Receptionists are essential to our team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
As a Client Service Representative, you are the first and last contact a client has during their experience. To help make their time with us exceptional, your job entails:
· Providing an excellent customer experience
· Triaging patients over the phone and in person
· Up keep of client and patient records
· Answering a multi-line phone system
· Payment processing and accounts maintenance
· Client education
Essential skills include an understanding of basic veterinary terminology, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask and remain organized. Starting with no veterinary experience is okay, we can train you up!
Pay starts at $17 depending on experience level.
Bi-annual reviews with tiered structuring for the chance of a raise and bonus pending performance.

Peak Pet Urgent Care is a drug free workplace. Applicants must be prepared to pass a drug screening /- a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
