What Responsibilities Will You Have?
- Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records
- Open and close the store
- Training new hires and following checklists and scripts
- Implement office policy and procedures and lead staff holding them accountable
- Delegate and follow up on delegation
- Communication with upper management on staff evaluations and growth
- Staff retention by coaching, counseling, and using our progressive discipline, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Determine staffing requirements daily for call-outs and sending staff home if business is slow
- Quality Assurance: Run reports and double-check that work is completed correctly
- Customer Service
- Receptionist Duties
- Answering Multi-Line Phones
- Data Entry
- Cashier
- Work in close proximity with customers
- Fingerprint Technician - will train
- Notary Public Certification - will train
- Ability and willingness to upsell services
- Customer de-escalation
Qualifications:
- Management: 5 years (Required)
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
- GED or higher
- Cashier and Customer Service experience: 2 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
