Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate to work closely with our sales team to draw and design basement floorplans. You will also be designing individual components of the basement such as bars, bathrooms, media centers, and more according to the sales person’s requests. Previous experience and interest in CAD software along with interior design knowledge is beneficial for the role. You must be able to quickly turn around a plan for the sales staff to quote and present to customers. Prepare finished design by incorporating client revisions, assist salesperson with customer presentations, and assist with quoting custom details.

Skills/Qualifications:

· CAD Proficient, Chief Architecture preferred

· 20/20 CAD knowledge helpful

· Space Planning

· Skilled in Excel & Word

· Detail orientated

· Self-motivated & flexible

· Strong communication skills
