Project Developer Manager

The Project Developer Manager is a senior Project Developer, who is capable of handling the most complicated situations, customers and designs. They have the additional duties of training new team members and take a role in the planning and management of the department. They will have direct reports within the department and need to demonstrate leadership qualities and help coach those individuals to grow in their abilities to handle more complex designs and situations.

· Take job handoffs from Basement Specialists/Project Manager

· Meet with customers to finalize design and selections

· Change orders, quotes from subcontractors and vendors

· Detail drawings, provide documentation, build job packet

· Order non stock materials

· Provide excellent customer experience throughout the process

· Problem solve throughout the design and job site process

· Maintain BuilderTrend and project schedule

· Lead, Manage, hold Direct reports Accountable (LMA)

· Train developer assistants

· Fill in for Operations FBP design position on tasks to achieve company targets and goals

· Participate in the Meeting Pulse of the Department

· 20/20 and/or Chief Architecture Experience

· Strong Customer Service Skills

· 2-5 Years of Remodeling or Construction Background

· 2-5 Years of Remodeling Design and Sales Experience

· Background in Cabinetry, Kitchen, and Bathroom Design

· Self-Motivated

· Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks at Once

· Excellent Time Management Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Confidence to Communicate with Homeowners and Sub-Contractors

· Flexible Schedule to Accommodate Meetings with Homeowners

· Occasional Evening and Weekend Availability

· Forward Thinking

· Professional Demeanor

· Homeowner Material Selection Process
