Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities within the market and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for growth.
• Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all prospects are engaged and nurtured.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and client requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in territory management and market analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in cold calling and upselling techniques is a plus.
