Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile monthly general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and record monthly accrual entries for the general ledger.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification, proper coding, and timely processing of payments.
- Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and payment collection.
- Review, process, and audit employee expense reports for compliance.
- Assist with annual tax filings by compiling necessary data and documentation.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
