Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, supervision, and communication abilities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
- Technology: Basic computer, internet, and email proficiency is a plus.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with Owners and Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction on-site, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality control, safety, and adherence to timelines.
