Responsibilities
- Produce batches per blend order. Log all necessary information on blend orders and onto the company computer system.
- Verify batch transfers with Shipping to ensure raw materials received match with what is transferred.
- Close blend orders when complete
- Transfer raw ingredients in the system when transferring them into the production room
- Generate batch transfers for the following days production
- Document all lot numbers of raw ingredients
- Gather and maintain required materials
- Utilize tablets for imputing information for raw materials and downtime
- Produce batches per blend order. Log all necessary information on blend orders and onto the company computer system.
- Ensures equipment is operating effectively, reporting, and communicating deficiencies with the production supervisor.
- Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have fork truck experience or able to obtain certification.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to work overtime or start earlier hours as needed.
- Required to stand or walk up to 100% of duty time.
- Requires some bending, stooping and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift or push/pull weights upwards of 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a wet, humid and hot environment.
