Your Role
As Chief of Staff, you support our Chief People Officer Karen Brandt and the People Leadership Team in shaping strategies, processes, and collaboration. You drive efficiency by standardizing and streamlining data-driven processes across the People department while allowing teams to focus on their core functions. Additionally, you coordinate business operations and oversee key strategic areas within the People teams.

- Own department operations: Working closely together with our CPO and the People Leadership Team, you support and coordinate daily business and internal collaboration as well as strategic planning routines.
- Gain data insights and support planning: Leveraging our analytics infrastructure, you sense opportunities with optimization potential within People. You support our Headcount and OKR planning processes in collaboration with other departments, you gear up processes for hypergrowth through automations.
- Lead Key People Initiatives: Oversee strategic HR programs such as Compensation Philosophy, Equity Compensation, and People Intelligence, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering an innovative People function.
- Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between the People team and other departments, driving transparency, accountability, and efficiency. Facilitate strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational cohesion.
- Manage High-Impact Projects: Lead and execute critical projects that support the company’s People strategy, including partnerships and process improvements that drive long-term success.
- Graduated with at least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, psychology or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in People / HR and in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or in a strategy consulting firm.
- Communicative character who knows how to eloquently excite others for their ideas.
- Strong project management skills, structured way of working and creativity.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset with a natural technical understanding.
- Fluent in German and English.
