Your Role
As a Business Development Intern in the CEO Office, you will work closely with our Chief of Staff as well as with stakeholders across all departments. You support day-to-day business operations and key strategic projects. Your tasks can range from analyzing business performance and defining the right measures to act on the insights to preparing company-wide communications and workshops with the management team.
This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments who is eager to gain deeper insights and drive meaningful impact.

- Drive performance improvements: Collaborate closely with all departments to create actionable insights from key performance indicators and define and follow up with the right levers.
- External communication: Support the CEO office and Finance teams with preparing communication and presentations for shareholders, the board, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Internal communication: Prepare company-wide communication and experiment with different formats (e.g., all-hands, management workshops) to ensure all teams are fully aligned on the company’s strategic priorities.
- Challenge the status quo: Critically analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, data-driven organization that runs seamlessly.
- Strong academic track record and outstanding achievements.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
- You are well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Experienced in working with data, highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
- Strong command of office tools (slides, spreadsheets, docs) with an eye for detail and appealing design.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
