Your Role
As a Business Development Intern in the CFLO (Chief Fleet Officer) Office, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff - Fleet (Thomas), the SVP Fleet (Paul), the Chief Fleet Officer (Jürgen) and the management team in supporting their day-to-day business and individually plan and execute projects. You will get the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization working towards selling a smart product with a huge market fit. This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments who is eager to gain deeper insights and drive meaningful impact.

- Support the business: Help the Fleet management team to master daily challenges, drive high-priority initiatives and get deep insights into our department and the entire company.
- Manage and drive cross-departmental projects and tasks: At FINN, you will get responsibility from day one. You will support and steer projects across different departments that have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
- Steering & KPI reporting: Support in the Fleet department’s reporting process by tracking key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met, identifying risks, and driving strategic solutions.
- Question the status quo: Critically examine and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, data-driven organization that runs seamlessly.
- You are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field with a strong academic track record and outstanding achievements.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
- Availability for an internship of 4 to 6 months.
- Fluency in both German and English.
