Your Role
As a (Senior) Business Development Manager in Customer Growth, you work jointly with our VP Customer Growth to shape the strategy and processes of our Customer Growth unit. With an analytical mindset and strong project management skills, you put our strategy to action by identifying, designing and executing strategic initiatives as well as implementing scalable processes and the most value-adding services. Your analytical focus enables you to identify growth opportunities while your deep understanding of our product & processes enables you to provide valuable input to our internal stakeholders in order to shape and drive automation.
\n- This role is based in Munich and primarily requires in-office presence with flexibility to work from home as needed.

- Develop and execute a winning strategy: Derived from our company strategy, it is your task as the right hand of our VP Customer Growth to shape and execute a winning strategy that sets all eyes on retaining and expanding existing customers (B2C & B2B). While working closely within the Customer Growth Unit, you will also collaborate cross-functionally with Fleet and Operations to drive sustainable growth and maximize customer success.
- Define our product vision and turn it into reality: Working closely with our Product team, you support crafting a state-of-the-art vision for our customer-facing product that takes the needs of existing customers into account. Based on this vision, you then take responsibility to implement additional features and services for the benefit of our customers.
- Create transparency on and improve our performance: You always have our growth targets in mind - to ensure that we meet these targets, you sense opportunities to improve KPIs like signed ARR, net revenue retention, churn and customer satisfaction (NPS). Based on these data-driven insights, you then derive and implement specific actions to capture this additional potential.
- Support the development of our internal tools: With your profound knowledge of our processes, you will support building the internal tools of our Growth department.. Working jointly with our product managers, you will define requirements to bring our systems to the next level, while always seizing opportunities for automation.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
- 2 years of relevant experience in a high performance environment like a start-up or a top-tier strategy consulting firm. Commercial exposure desirable.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate feedback and observations into measures.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and coordinate multiple projects.
- Structured and motivated to optimize established processes on a daily basis; combining strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail and joy in making processes more efficient.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
