Position Overview:
The Clinical Director (BCBA) will lead our clinical team, overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of care. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in program development and improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and implement evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on ABA.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding behavioral health services.
