Product Manager
A privately held full-service payment provider is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the Product Department and contribute to the success of its innovative payment solutions for sales organizations, such as ISOs and ISVs. This role involves product development, maintenance, and enhancing customer and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all products, ensuring in-depth knowledge and expertise.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agent / ISO processes for merchant services setup and pricing.
- Monitor and track KPIs to ensure adherence to operational policies and recommend strategies for quality assurance based on client and staff feedback.
- Shape and support the goals and strategies for partner campaigns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Introduce products to pilot groups (customers, ISVs / ISOs / agents) for successful implementation.
- Collaborate with the development team to test and log updates for production, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Work with customers and partners on technology enhancements , providing training on product functionality.
- Track, organize, and advise ISVs or integrated partners through the API integration process .
- Maintain a strong understanding of backend processes for the company dashboard.
- Implement strategies and procedures to enhance enterprise client services and retention efforts .
