Assistant General Manager

```Duties```
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and production
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting and cost control measures

```Experience```
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and customer interactions
