The Creative Producer builds outstanding image and video assets that engage and convert customers. You’ll ensure our four eCommerce companies maintain strong brands with robust marketing funnels. 

Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. 

Key Responsibilities:

• CREATIVE ASSET PRODUCTION: Produce beautiful, engaging still images and video for eCommerce websites, digital ads, social media posts and product catalogs. You’ll produce photoshoots, manage freelancers and edit creative assets, optimizing for each brand’s aesthetics and conversion.
• EMAIL / SMS MARKETING: Design, write and schedule email and SMS campaigns and automated flows. You’ll segment subscribers, maximizing sales of our bestsellers and new products.
• SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Create an organic social media strategy to engage each brand with its target customer. Our current social media activity is mostly paid ads - you will supplement paid ads with engaging organic posts. One of our brands regularly gets 1M organic views on TikTok - you’ll be responsible for refining and building on our current viral post strategy.
• COPYWRITING: Write taglines, website copy and emails that clearly communicate our product value to prospects and customers. You’ll help refine consistent brand voices that resonate with our target audience. 
• NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Product Manager and executive team to launch new products and new brands, creating bold, beautiful and successful creative campaigns. 

Qualifications:

• 3 years in digital content production (images, video) for consumer brands.
• 3 years managing social media for a consumer brand.
• Video editing, image editing.
• Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation range $70,000 - $82,000, plus opportunity for performance bonus.
