Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach our customers in a timely manner.

Duties

• Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Handle heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is essential.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles, including box trucks, is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual tasks is required.
• Experience in moving or warehouse environments will be beneficial for this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
