Fire Protection Services is looking for an organized and efficient Inspections Coordinator to act as the member of our Customer Service team who is responsible for scheduling inspections and assisting internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have good time management and organizational capabilities and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the Inspections calendar to ensure that the calendar is full and the needs of both new and existing customers are being met.
- Ensuring customer information is collected, recorded, maintained and updated.
- Serving as the main point of contact and support for the Technicians in order to assist them with maintaining their schedule and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitoring the Inspections calendar so that increases as well as decreases in scheduled inspections can be addressed.
- Developing customer insight and knowledge in order to identify additional business opportunities.
- Serving as a member of the front line team in regards to answering the phone.
Job Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with a variety of software applications and the willingness to learn new platforms. ServiceTrade experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- A customer service focus.
- Flexibility to handle a dynamic working environment.
- Persistence to ensure effective communication with customers.
