The Team You’ll Work With …
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with our talented Marketing Team team to lead website content management, email marketing efforts, online lead generation and more. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be key in supporting the success of new product and service launches, ensuring our clients have robust project details and collaboration tools within their dashboard, and partnering cross-functionally to assist in broader business goals. This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce & Growth Marketing and is located in Aromas, CA with the option of working from home up to two days a week. This is a salaried position and pays between $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
The opportunities you will have …
- Manage website content for new product and service releases, alignment with trends, seasonality, and broader business merchandising efforts and goals.
- Work with the website development & UX team to add additional functionality to the online experience to improve user engagement.
- Be the champion of online A/B testing messaging, experiences, and design.
- Develop the email marketing calendar by aligning each campaign with broader business and marketing roadmaps to achieve KPI’s such as revenue, offline sales activity, and sampling.
- Assist in creating and managing email workflows including transactional and nurturing.
- Partner with showrooms on any digital event marketing needs.
- Pull weekly performance metrics from multiple databases and flag any concerns or opportunities to leadership.
- Manage incoming tickets that include requests, bug reports, and suggestions for web/email improvements.
- Liaise with website third party vendors who we partner with on functionalities like product reviews, quiz functionality, location mapping, direct mail
- retargeting, and more.

About You …
- Minimum of 3-5 years working in Marketing or eCommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proven marketing skills with a focus on digital channels and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of web content management systems - Craft CMS a plus.
- Knowledge of email service providers - Hubspot a plus.
- Knowledge of web analytics, including Google Analytics, with the ability to recognize opportunities within the data.
- Experience with G Suite, Dropbox or similar file storage systems as well as project management tools such as Asana.
- Understand eCommerce best practices and what levers to adjust to impact specific metrics.
- Experience with data analytics and market research to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Knowledge of third-party eCommerce solution partners.
- Motivated self-starter who is a creative thinker and problem solver.
- Detailed with process and task organization.

Work Requirements:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are approximately Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel:
This position requires some amount of travel. Travel may be done via a variety of ways including driving your own car or a rental car, public transportation including bus, subway, and other, shared rides such as Taxi, Uber, or Lyft, bicycling, walking, running, or other means as deemed appropriate and safe. Ensuring you are following all safety precautions and the law during travel is essential.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, stock options, and discretionary bonus in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including a 4% 401(k) match, PTO (non-exempt) or FTO (exempt), benefits, sick time, and parental leave, and other perks.
