What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Educator position at Fireflies Academy?
Overview:
We are hiring a full time early childhood teacher that loves and enjoy kids in the two year old age range. We hire teachers that want to be a part of a team that changes the world one child at a time.
Duties:
-Teaching a classroom of 5 kids
-Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
-Communicating professionally, positively, and collaboratively with parents and teaching team
-Maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and age appropriate space
-Teaching and training daily tasks such as toileting, hand-washing, picking up, and cleaning up
-Teaching and training social skills such as playing with friends kindly, using age appropriate language, being respectful, kind, and thoughtful to others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
