Position Overview : As Firefly continues to grow, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and production teams to bring projects to life, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and development of our department.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain positive client relationships and manage requests.
- Organize and manage project details; including logistics, event coordination, and deliverable timelines.
- Assist with resource and team management.
- Assist with company wide operational goals.
- Assist with planning and executing multiple productions simultaneously.
- Frequently travel to complete onsite coordination and assist with live show performances.
