A new store will be opening up in The Dalles and will be a carefully curated women’s boutique, offering a blend of stylish apparel, accessories, and gifts.
We are looking for a passionate, fashion-forward, and business-savvy Store Manager to lead our team and bring our brand vision to life. If you have a love for retail, strong leadership skills, and a knack for creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience:
- Lead by example to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Build relationships with customers and foster a loyal community.
Store Operations & Sales Growth:
- Drive sales and meet/exceed revenue goals.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store displays to maximize appeal.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from opening/closing to POS system management.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Utilize social media and customer outreach to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Stay up to date on fashion trends and bring fresh ideas to the boutique.
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of retail management experience (boutique experience a plus!)
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating inspiring retail experiences
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze sales data and drive business growth
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising
A team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
