The Role
As Store Supervisor, you will take on the responsibility of overseeing our boutique’s daily operations and driving our community-focused sales culture. Working closely with the district manager, you’ll help introduce our brand to the community by building local connections and enhancing the customer experience. If you are passionate about fashion, adept at clienteling, and love building relationships, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Lead by example to create a customer-centric, welcoming atmosphere.
- Use clienteling tools to capture client information, fostering relationships that encourage repeat visits.
- Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care, ensuring each interaction feels personal and memorable.
- Actively participate in and support community events to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
Community Engagement & Brand Ambassadorship
- Serve as a brand ambassador within the community, introducing our boutique to new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with local clients, tailoring the shopping experience to reflect the welcoming, personalized feel of our boutique.
- Utilize creative community outreach and local marketing efforts to strengthen our brand’s presence.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure the store operates seamlessly by managing inventory, restocking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize creative skills to uphold the store’s visual standards, ensuring it reflects our luxury brand.
Visual Merchandising
- Curate an inviting, visually inspiring store floor that embodies our brand.
- Oversee floor moves, mannequin changes, and keep marketing materials up to date, ensuring a refined and appealing presentation.
Team Development
- Lead, coach, and support the boutique team, fostering a friendly, knowledgeable environment.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff who share our values of community engagement and luxury service.
- Provide constructive feedback to drive both individual and team success.
Clienteling & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, staying engaged with their preferences and interests.
- Use clienteling tools creatively to keep clients informed about new arrivals, store events, and community happenings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, ideally within a luxury or high-end setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for community involvement.
- Proficiency with retail technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards.
