Firefly in Panama City Beach, FL is currently hiring all BOH positions. We are located at 535 N Richard Jackson Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Apply in person anytime after 2:00 pm. Come through the back door located behind the shopping center.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared
- Finalize presentation of food as needed
- Deliver orders to maintain constant service
- Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an expeditor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
