Responsibilities
As a Structural Analysis Engineer, the selected candidate will support the finite element modeling and analysis needs of propulsion development programs. The selected candidate will be expected to lead the development of propulsion element structural loads, as well as lead the development of propulsion element dynamic loads in environments including shock, random vibration, sine vibration, and acoustic environments. The selected candidate will support and consult testing efforts of functional components for mechanical characterization, dynamic environments, and support data analysis to ensure validation of designs.
Required Qualifications
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
