Job Summary: The Analyst – Brand Standards will partner with the broader Operations Excellence team to create, manage, and evolve brand standards. They will support operations performance tracking, support field team questions, provide support for FHS’s restaurant evaluation program, and support the management and implementation of in restaurant initiatives. This position reports to the Manager, Operations Standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
- Prepare and present updates on operations performance to operations leaders.
- Develop statistical and analytical models to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide recommendations regarding new operations trends to track.
- Establish and maintain relationship with third-party vendor.
- Maintain restaurant and field team alignment file and communicate updates to third-party vendor.
- Develop & maintain escalation process to collaborate with internal customers and third-party vendor to remedy concerns and appeals.
- Support the continued development and maintenance of the program’s guidebook.
- Be a subject matter expert on brand standards.
- Escalate urgent and complex issues to Manager, Operations Standards for resolution.
- Support communication efforts with the field team and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Partner with communications to post standards and restaurant evaluation materials on company intranet.
- Tests and evaluates new products and procedures and defines operating standards
- Develops procedures to support in restaurant product execution
- Monitors and supports test markets to ensure strong program execution
- Develops tools to support flawless execution of brand initiatives
- Works cross functionally with various departments to test product or process improvements and coordinates implementation amongst teams
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in restaurant operations or related hospitality field
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
