Requirement

Must have 2 years of Sterile Tech experience

CRCST or CBSPD

AHS BLS certification

Duties

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
• Inspect instruments for functionality and cleanliness before they are sent to the operating room.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory levels of supplies.
• Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and other specialized machinery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for procedures.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control practices at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in sterile processing.
