Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, reliable Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an integral part in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Generate reports and handle multiple projects.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
