Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, to organize important documents.
- Provide customer support.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining positive relationships.
- Support executives or team members as a personal assistant with various administrative tasks.
- Utilize software applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and document management systems is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for this position.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality communication materials.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work 8-5, Monday - Friday.
- Ability to follow instruction, maintain a positive attitude and have a strong work ethic are a must.
- Potential candidates should possess keyboard, computer and communication skills to be able to work with clients and provide appropriate customer service.
- Candidates will be able to take direction from office staff and work to complete assigned tasks on time with attention to detail being of the utmost importance.
