Chief Operations Officer (COO):
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operational objectives for Fireminds. As our COO, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategic long-term goals and practice fiscally responsible decisions. You will also evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and recommend and implement strategies for improvement and growth. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results and improve the overall efficiency and scalability of the organization and will report directly to the CEO. As COO, you will manage and control diverse business operations and functions which will require you to be a self-driven, conscientious leader with outstanding business acumen and work-ethic. For the COO, we are looking for:

- Prior experience in a C-Level, or other senior executive level roles in a B2B Telco / Managed Service environment.
- Proven experience working directly in the functional operations of a centralized business unit managing multiple markets.
- Extensive knowledge on the inner workings of island / remote Telecommunications environments.
- Strong understanding of SLA, IT standards and compliance in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledgeable of the principles, practices, and legal issues relating to staff supervision and performance management, strategic planning, and budget administration
What you’ll do as the Chief Operating Officer:
- Partner with the CEO to drive unprecedented transformation in culture and growth in ATNi and Fireminds.
- Drive growth and customer satisfaction in operational areas including SMB, Enterprise, and Government ICT solutions.
- Re-Organize and structure the centralized business unit (Fireminds) to become a fully aligned & accountable B2B ICT organization.
- Create segment specific commercial strategy.
- Develop a product Roadmap tied to budget, KPIs and agreed underpinning plan between center and market.
- Operationalize the consolidated P&L into tangible KPIs and service metrics.
- Establish a central delivery & technical support governance model
- Develop a multi-market product roadmap tied to budget, KPIs and agreed underpinning plan between center and market.
- Direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of ICT operations in support of established policies, goals, culture, core values, and objectives
- Ensure maximum profitability through CAPEX management, vendor relations, automation, and resource management.
- Examine current business processes and make necessary adjustments so the best practices and policies are in place
