The Client Care Specialist (CCS) enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, serving as administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors. This is an internal, in-office role. The CCS is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures, and capabilities that will allow them to interact with the Advisor team as well as new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Compile information and prepare account paperwork for new and existing clients
- Maintain and update information in CRM database, according to firm standards
- Build relationships with clients and maintain open lines of proactive communication
- Assist clients with general account servicing, money movement requests, and demonstrate solution-based approaches to resolve problems
- Provide administrative support to portfolio manager and financial advisors, as needed
- Manage projects, educate plan participants, and act as a vendor liaison, as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and others on the team
- Actively participate to create and improve procedures to help better the client experience
- Help maintain client data integrity and stay current with firm policy and procedures in an ever changing regulatory environment
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent financial servicing experience (2 years)
- Preferred: Securities Licensed (or interest in obtaining)
- Preferred: 2 years of administrative experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of 403(b) plans, policies and procedures
- Team-oriented personality who enjoys working closely with others, as well as independently
- Must be proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and able to effectively communicate complex and technical information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $21.65 - $26.45 per hour
