After listening to the unique needs of local homeowners over the years, our founders noticed a need to extend their offerings to include fireplaces and outdoor living items. Other stores at the time were not customer friendly, clean, or modern. This problem sparked the idea for Fireplace and Chimney Authority as we experience it today.
Today our two locations are not only the most customer centric in the industry, our unwavering commitment to offering an ultra-extensive experience is second to none. Our knowledgeable team of industry experts takes every customer from the beginning design stages to purchase and installation with confidence and ease. However, our value does not end after purchase. We appreciate every customer and strive to maintain integral lasting relationships. As a result, our clients feel comfortable calling our trusted team for annual inspections and maintenance for years to come.
