We are hiring an energetic, reliable and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant who is available Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, taking messages and performing administrative duties, such as preparing documents, sales and scheduling services. We're seeking a highly motivated receptionist/Office Assistant who can become an integral part of our team by quickly learning new information, following directions, and demonstrating a high level of organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Answer in-person inquiries of customers and/or employees.
- Email inquiries to company personnel as a means of communication if the email is not urgent.
- Assist guests in the office.
- Answer email messages for all or some of the company's personnel.
- Provide information to customers, employees, or other persons on request.
- Make decisions on workflow issues.
- Prepare estimates and invoices using quickbooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
