What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager - State -(PART TIME) position at FIRETREE LTD?
Summary - THIS POSITON IS PART TIME - 12-15 HOURS WEEKLY
The primary purpose of this position is to administer client services required by the Department of Corrections and Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed.
- Intake and orientation of all state clients.
- Site visits to employers
- Provides individual counseling and documents results.
- Liaison with outpatient services on Drug/Alcohol counseling needs.
- Ensure appropriate substance abuse testing requirements are met.
- Assists residents with employment search and home plan development.
- Establishes and monitors resident financial responsibility plan.
- Creates incoming files for new residents.
- Liaison with State parole and Department of Corrections.
- Chairperson for the residents meeting.
- Ensures resident accountability standards are met.
- Responsible for supervision of all state counselors.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
- Ensure all DOC policies are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
