- Primary duties - assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
- May also assist with the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems; under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
- Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
- Must work safely, following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies and practices
- Accurately complete required daily paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
- Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required
- Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of alarm systems or related equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided
- Able to work in a variety of businesses and institutions including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities
- Must possess or be willing and able to obtain any applicable state licenses
- A current Driver's License is preferred
- Must be able to satisfy State, Federal and Customs background check requirements
