As a Warehouse / Inventory Clerk, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Purchasing/Procurement - Ordering, PO Issuance, tax management, special pricing management, RMA returns and credits
- Materials Management - Receiving, tagging, and staging of materials for projects. Handling returns and communicating credits as needed to the APPC for processing.
- Consumables and facilities - Purchasing and maintaining levels of non-tracked consumables for the office and warehouse. Maintain housekeeping for warehouse and site daily.
- Tool Management - Tracking of high value assets and tools. Managing calibration needs of company tools. Manage PPD issuance and inspection dates
- Inventory tracking, management, and costing.
- Receiving and crediting inbound inventory through MO process.
- Fleet tracking - Manage vehicle assignments, maintenance, and GPS hardware installation as needed.
- Adapt and adhere to any new responsibilities given by reporting manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must pass drug test and background check
