FireTron Inc is seeking an HR Coordinator who is capable of working well independently and as a member of our team and who understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Onsite, Full-Time Position. Monday-Friday. 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for new hires/exiting employees.
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting hiring managers with providing coordination with candidates, managing background check/drug screen processes, and assisting in streamlining recruitment processes.
- Perform new hire check-ins, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data management.
- Compile HR data and generate reports on key metrics.
- Assist the business and HR in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and positive employee culture.
- Participate or conduct both internal and external audits as required.
- Update policies as necessary.
- Assist with HR compliance requirements.
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental/vision, 401K.
- Complete other HR administrative functions as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience as an HR professional is required.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Operates with a high degree of professional maturity and integrity.
- Demonstrates tact, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive situations and information.
- Full understanding of HR functions, benefits and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
