About Firm Foundation Academy
We are a start-up high school in Northern Wisconsin, scheduled to open in the fall of 2026. Our mission is to provide a firm foundation for our students through a comprehensive education focused on technical skills.
We are looking for an Academic Director who shares our vision and is passionate about education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
The Academic Director will be responsible for developing policies, selecting curriculum, hiring staff, and more. They will play a vital role in shaping the academic direction of our school and helping us achieve our goals.
