Responsibilities :
Showcase your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create captivating email content.
Build and optimize Email and SMS flows and automation to maximize average order value, and return on investment ensuring remarkable results.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to or marketing team to craft personalized email and SMS campaigns that meet our client’s unique needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify customer segments and develop targeted strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Manage our client's online reputation by actively seeking out reviews and responding to existing developing and executing a wide range of email marketing campaigns
making sure that email design and layout are optimized, user-friendly and mobile-friendly
reviewing and proofreading important messages both within and outside email templates
ensuring consistent branding across all messages for each client
creating and purging email lists
keeping email databases secure for future campaigns
responding to emails
making digital advertisements
monitoring and assessing campaign outcomes
Building, maintaining, and managing a positive online presence and reputation for an individual or organization
Monitoring and analyzing online content relating to the individual or organization, including social media, search engines, blogs and communities, and consumer forums
Facilitating strategies to maximize the impact of positive online content and minimize the impact of negative online content
Investigating the situation and facts relating to criticisms or negative comments
Commenting positively and responding to criticisms or negative content on social media and in online forums
Coordinating quarterly reviews and performance reporting of online content
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, advertising, communications, or a closely related field
Experience with marketing tools and data analytics
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Graphic design skills
Demonstrated experience working with and managing email lists with finesse.
A proven track record of excellence in executing successful email marketing campaigns.
Extensive experience creating persuasive, sales-driven marketing materials and visually appealing email layouts.
Proficiency in building and maintaining email flows, with a strong preference for Klaviyo and Sharpspring expertise.
A solid understanding of best practices for building and maintaining high-quality email lists.
Previous experience working with Shopify, utilizing its powerful features to drive business growth.
A strong understanding of email analytics and the ability to provide insightful data reports.
Familiarity with SMS marketing and its implementation, ensuring an integrated approach.
