Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an individual to manage our phones during our busiest part of the season in our summer months.
The job involves:
- Answering phones and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Preparing for meetings, taking notes.
- Confirming appointments with customers
- Getting tasks done in a timely manner
- Keeping the office clean and preparing coffee every morning
- Assisting others in the office, filling in other roles when needed
Requirements:
- Trustworthy and honest. Able to maintain confidential information
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, and phone etiquette
- Interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, organized
- Excellent computer skills
- Desire to learn other aspects of our business that will make us more profitable
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced office setting
- Lots of energy and passion!
Compensation:
- Job is full time, seasonal
- $18-$20 per hour depending on experience
