Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an individual to assist with data entry and answer phones
The job involves:
-Answering phones and maintaining a high level of customer service
-Confirming appointments with customers
-Getting tasks done in a timely manner
-Keeping the office clean and preparing coffee every morning
-Posting timesheets every morning
-Assisting others in the office, filling in other roles when needed
-Enter receipts into Quickbooks
-Reach out to clients about past due bills
- Perform entry-level invoicing
Requirements:
-Trustworthy and honest. Able to maintain confidential information
-Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, and phone etiquette
-Interpersonal skills
-Detail oriented, organized
-Excellent computer skills
-Desire to learn other aspects of our business that will make us more profitable
-Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced office setting
-Lots of energy and passion!
Compensation:
-$19-$22 per hour depending on experience
