What We Do
Responsible for planning and directing classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops for teaching technical skills such as, procedures, service, product, computer applications, operating systems (windows), programming, end-user training, etc. for sales production and customer-facing technologies.
Essential Functions
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Partner with internal subject matter experts, architecture, product management and training staff to determine, develop and deliver the highest quality training.
- Confer with partners and conduct surveys to identify training opportunities based on projected needs, changes, and other factors.
- Deploy a wide variety of methods to appropriately present educational and training programs, including in-person presentations, audio / visual, print, computer and intranet.
- Evaluate and organize existing materials for effectiveness, and re-develop as necessary.
- Oversee the organization of training schedule and other educational materials.
- Coordinate and execute education and training events; plan resourcing and logistics; communicate with partners and management on a regular basis, keep them up-to-date on plans, progress and issues.
- Provide continuing support to end-users.
- Manage support and communication channels to end-users.
- Keep current with emerging training and learning best practices and methods.
Knowledge and Skills / Technology Used

Bachelor's degree in a related area

2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
