What We Do
Creates and presents client-facing real estate industry content, with an emphasis on lead generation. Offers growth opportunities to state sales teams by delivering engaging, timely, and relevant virtual educational content and support materials.
What You'll Do
- Curriculum Development : Identify, research, and develop timely, relevant title and escrow and real estate-specific curriculum that appeals to a large audience and aligns with current real estate market trends.
- Content Creation : Create presentations and marketing materials on title, escrow and real estate topics that serve as lead-generation tools for our sales team.
- Training Facilitation : Conduct and facilitate training sessions for external prospects and clients, ensuring content delivery is highly engaging and informative.
- Evaluation and Adjustment : Participate in evaluating lead generation metrics and adjust training programs accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
- Data Analysis : Keep records, gather and analyze information from evaluations, measure results against business objectives, and suggest improvements.
- Class Scheduling and Coordination : Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring seamless execution and communication with state leadership and sales teams.
Knowledge and Skills / Technology Used
This role requires a dedicated professional who brings insight, creativity, a growth mindset, and strategic thinking to identify and address the education needs in the real estate market related to title and escrow topics. Your contributions will be invaluable in driving lead generation and our sales team's success.
