What We DoUnder direction from Escrow Officers / Escrow Branch Managers, verifies a signer and documents provided using audio-visual technology. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Act as the team's resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and create resolutions using experience, best practices and sound judgment. Review and verify signer's identity according to the applicable commissioning state's requirements. Notarize and record documents using approved audio-visual and online technology. Refer all questions or concerns to Escrow Officers. This position will not offer advice on processes or procedures. Troubleshoots and guides others on wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required Education, Experience, Certification / Licensure High School diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Must be a Notary Public Must have a valid Driver's License 2-3 years related experience reviewing and notarizing documents Possess real estate / escrow / title terminology Demonstrated leadership experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) Demonstrated leadership, organizational and problem solving skills Exercises confidence, sound judgment and independent decision making skills Ability to understand and execute policy and procedures Emerging leader skills Establishes effective working relationships at the department level Pay Range : $23.8- $39.71 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
