First Atlantic Restoration is looking for a motivated, reliable, and personable Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Virginia Beach area that has a strong work ethic. The APM is responsible for assisting the Project Manager by working in the field, production and oversight of all assigned jobs. 1 year experience is required in construction and must be able to work some overtime.

Responsibilities:
- Field Supervision of all projects from start to finish
- Communicate well with clients and office staff
- Pull permits and schedule inspections
- Manage budgets, invoicing and timelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Order and coordinate material deliveries
