Branch Manager
The Branch Manager provides expert financial advice and great service, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. The Branch Manager performs any function within the bank and provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers, direct reports, and departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversees retail growth, services, and day to day operations of branch
- Responsible for developing and retaining a high performing team by setting goals, coaching, and strong communication
- Participate and maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations while developing business and community relationships
- Fully committed to the success of the branch and its employees
- Have a clear understanding of all products, services, and banking policies
- Ensure superior customer service by solving complex customer service issues
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years’ experience in banking; three years’ experience as a branch manager
- CSI experience preferred
